Tennis
Shoes 4 Africa was formed by Coach Modise and his student athletes to help
provide tennis shoes to African children. Many African children dream of
playing tennis and other sports but cannot afford the necessary equipment,
including shoes. Tennis Shoes 4 Africa brings these children one step closer to
their dream of participating in sports.
Through athletics scholarships, these children have the opportunity to receive a
college education. Coach Modise was able to earn a Bachelors degree in
marketing from the University of Hawaii at Mona and a Masters degree in human
performance from the University of New Orleans. Coach Modise hopes that through
Tennis Shoes 4 Africa other children can have the same opportunity he has had.
All
proceeds from this event will go directly to supporting the efforts of TS4A
